EMPI 009 Street Model Distributor Screamer Kit – KT-1007 – Performance Ignition Upgrade

Upgrade your air-cooled Type 1, Ghia, Dune Buggy ignition system with this complete EMPI Screamer Kit. Designed for drag and hot street applications, this 3-piece kit delivers reliable performance with classic styling and modern components.

  • Includes:
    • EMPI 00-9431-B Centrifugal Advance Distributor: Mechanical advance distributor with points and condenser. Provides up to 36° advance. Uses Bosch 009-style tune-up components. Not for fuel-injected engines.
    • EMPI 00-9409-B Bosch 12V Blue Coil: High-output epoxy-filled coil with 3.4 Ohm primary resistance. Compatible with electronic or points ignition systems. Includes mounting bracket.
    • EMPI 00-9314-0 Black Silicone Plug Wires: 7mm suppressed wire set with moisture-resistant boots. Includes 4 spark plug wires and 1 coil wire. Made in the USA.

    • Street Model Distributor with standard Bosch 009 advance curve
