EMPI 00-3640-0 is a premium exhaust heater box flange kit designed for use with J-tubes. This kit is compatible with Volkswagen-based dune buggies and other vehicles that use 1 3/8" tubing.

  • Material: Made from durable alloy steel to ensure longevity and reliable performance.
  • Design: Includes (2) steel flanges, premium stainless steel allen bolts, copper nuts and gaskets to convert one pair of heater boxes or J-tubes for use with flanged headers. Welding is required for installation.
  • Installation: Weld the flanges to your existing muffler. Once welded in place, you can install the gaskets and securely bolt the J-tubes to the header or muffler, which will help eliminate exhaust leaks.
