EMPI 00-8779-0 Aluminum Crankshaft Pulley Compatible with VW Air-Cooled Engines

The EMPI 00-8779-0 is a high-quality aluminum crankshaft pulley that is compatible with VW air-cooled engines and compatible with Volkswagen's classic models. It has a polished finish and black timing marks that are screen printed for durability. The pulley is solid and billet style, with no holes. It has the same size as the stock pulley, with an outer diameter of 6-3/4 inches.

The main function of the crankshaft pulley is to transfer power from the engine to various engine components. It is responsible for driving the serpentine belt, which in turn drives other components such as the alternator, power steering pump, and air conditioning compressor. The pulley helps to increase horsepower and improve timing accuracy. It also adds a hi-performance look to your engine.

The pulley is compatible with Dune Buggy and other models that use engines that are compatible with Volkswagen air-cooled engines and parts. You will need to use it with the EMPI 9117 standard length pulley bolt, sold separately.
