The EMPI EPC 32/36F Progressive Carburetor Kit delivers the ideal balance of power and efficiency for air‑cooled engines. A 32mm primary barrel handles everyday driving, while the 36mm secondary barrel opens progressively to provide additional performance when needed.

This kit is compatible with VW Type 2, Type 4, and Porsche 914 engines. EMPI test‑runs and pre‑adjusts each carburetor for smooth performance right out of the box. The updated intake manifold features a stock‑style lower mount that bolts to the case stud—perfect for those who prefer not to run an additional support brace.
